Eksfin offers competitive financing to buyers of Norwegian capital goods and services worldwide and to finance export promoting investments or working capital in Norway. Financing can be funded (direct loans) or unfunded (guarantees), and relate to complex projects or general credit lines. It can also take form of on-lending. Guarantees cover both political and commercial risk. In addition to loan guarantees, guarantees can be issued in relation to Norwegian investments abroad (only political risk) and various bonds or LCs (in the form of a counter guarantee to a bank).


Eksfin's products are not subsidized, and will be in line with the EU Market Economy Operator Principle or OECD Arrangement regulation on export credits, as applicable.
